    If your address is not formatted in exactly the way our system needs it to be. Examples include:

    -Additional or missing spaces (e.g SanFrancisco)
    -Abbreviations (e.g. St. Louis vs. Saint Louis)
    -Writing out the state instead of selecting it from the dropdown menu,
    -If the whole address is too many characters
    -If the address is not written in exactly the way to match the way it is written on your credit card.
    -If your name does not exactly match that on your credit card (e.g. John Smith vs. J. T. Smith)
    -If many other people are trying to buy the same product at the same time as you this can cause server overload.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We ship CDs almost every single day of the business week and even on Saturdays to ensure your order gets to you as promptly as possible. We always ship all orders as quickly as possible if all of your items in your order are in stock.

    Once shipped most domestic orders usually take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks, and due to international customs occasionally can be delayed longer. Please read below for more information on our International Shipping Policy.

    However, please note, when ordering a pre-order item, your entire order will not be shipped until all items purchased in that order have arrived, even if some of the other items are in stock. If you are wondering why your order has not been shipped it's likely because of a pre-order item purchased. Please read below for more information about pre-order items.

  • What is a pre-order item?

    A pre-order is a policy to help bands determine a demand for their album and merchandise before it is purchased, to help determine how much of the item is to be printed. By purchasing in advance, you help the bands and Chugcore make the process of printing merch and CDs easier by allowing us to know that our product is going to be demanded after we put alot of money into pressing it.

    Usually a pre-order item is up for about 1-2 weeks before it begins the printing process, which can take approximately 2 weeks for CDs and up to 3-4 weeks for merchandise. Customers participating in a pre-order should not expect their CDs/merch to ship immediately after being purchased. We try to list an approximate shipping date on every pre-order product on our store. However, please note that occasionally delays do occur such as CDs/merch being ordered a little behind schedule or a manufacturing company of ours being overloaded with work at the time and behind schedule on their printing.

    In the rare occasion an item is not being bought enough to be printed, that item will be cancelled and may never be printed. We are sad to see this happen so all we can say is pre-order and support if you want to see your favorite bands printing awesome merch. In the unlikely event of a cancelled printing, the customer will be offered a choice of an alternative merch item from a different Chugcore band, or if they decline, they will be offered a refund.

  • What if I order 2 or 3 different products, some of which are pre-order items?

    When you are wanting to order multiple CDs from Chugcore in one session, some of which being pre-order products, if you want your CDs to be shipped separately or as the products are printed, you must place the orders separately. Due to the nature of the pre-orders, if you order multiple different CDs, one may be printed much earlier than the next, and some may already be in stock. However, due to shipping costs, we could not ship out the CDs we do have, even though they are ready, without waiting for the other pre-order products to send to you, due to the way shipping was paid for.

    If you wish to receive your CDs without having to wait, we suggest you order all items which are currently in stock as one order, and any unique pre-order items as separate orders. If you make a mistake, or wish to have some of your order shipped separately, contact our support email, chugcore.orders@gmail.com and you can request to have your CDs shipped as they come in for an additional $2 fee per order shipped (this fee is calculated for US orders, international orders inquire within)

  • What is the difference between Limited Hand Numbered CDs and Sealed/Why do you offer 2 different types of CDs?

    We offer 2 options on most CDs for a few reasons. Some people like to have their CDs numbered so that they know their CD is part of a limited # of CDs made of a certain edition and for collectors purposes.

    However we realize some people may not want their CDs to have the booklets written on, or may want their CDs to stay in the shrink wrap that they originally come in. This is why we offer both options so that all customers can be satisfied and receive the exact product that they want.

    For those that choose the numbered option on one or more of their CDs, we do allow customers to request a specific number for any numbered releases in their order by writing a note at the time of purchase. If you forget to leave a note you can send us an email at chugcore.orders@gmail.com and we will make a note on your order. Please note, you may request any number of your choice, and we try to honor all requests but it is on a first come first serve basis. So be prepared to have a backup number in mind in case your first choice isn't available. All orders without requested numbers will be fulfilled at random at the time of order packaging.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! We try to always keep our international costs as cheap as possible for our customers. If you need a cheaper method, we are willing to ship the CDs without cases to help save on expenses, for more information about this please contact us at chugcore.orders@gmail.com

    International Shipping Policy
    Please note that all international orders are mailed USPS "First Class Mail". The United States Post Office (USPS) provides Chugcore with a tracking number. Information for the tracking number is only available to us when the package is in the United States. When the package leaves the United States then we have no further tracking the package during its transit through your country to you.

    In the event that a package is not received by the customer, USPS has informed us that the local post office at the destination point should be contacted.

    Upgrades to "Priority Mail Service" can be done but the cost to ship is about double the first class rate which is quoted when you place any order in our store. USPS ensures tracking for this type of service all the way to the destination point. Please email us for a price quote for this service at chugcore.orders@gmail.com


    Chugcore takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the package leaves the hands of our staff it is the responsibility of the shipping service to properly deliver your package in the same condition it left us. We cannot assume responsibility for replacement packages for orders that have been lost or damaged by the shipping service.

    To choose your free CDs: All you have to do is while placing an order for the correct amount of CDs, in the purchase order notes be sure to write which 1-3 titles you are selecting to receive for free. If you forget to write which CDs you want in the notes, send us an email to chugcore.orders@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you.

    CDs sold in 2, 3 or 4 pack bundles WILL be counted as 2, 3 or 4 CDs respectively when adding to the total number of CDs in your order.

    *Free CDs must be of equal or lesser value to items purchased, so for example you cannot buy 8 CDs that cost $6 and get a $10 CD for free. In order to get a $10 CD for free you must have purchased at least one $10 item in your order.

    Please Note: We cannot offer our distribution only titles (aka the releases pressed by other labels or band self-pressings) as free CDs because of the higher costs of us acquiring these titles. Your selection must be one of the currently available Chugcore discography titles. Please note, some limited press Chugcore titles may not be available as free CDs, as the stock is limited.

  • I am interested in purchasing multiple copies of Chugcore titles for resale in my own store.

    We can offer MANY of our titles at wholesale rates available for purchase for resale in your own Online or Retail CD stores. International clients most certainly welcome, and we are also open to trading with other labels and distribution companies.

    Chugcore CDs are currently distributed from the US, Germany, and Japan and we are looking to expand into more markets as soon as possible.
